Emily Roling, FNP-BC, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who believes in a holistic approach to healthcare. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Clarke University in 2006 and a Masters of Science in Nursing from Maryville University in 2020.
Lynn M. Randall, D.C., is a Chiropractor with a passion for helping her patients achieve their optimal health and wellness goals. Lynn also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, Nutritional Counseling Certification, and 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification.
Lacy Knipper is a Certified Childbirth Educator and Prenatal Yoga Instructor, specializing in natural approaches in pregnancy and birth. As an educator, her goal is for students to feel confident, prepared, and informed in making the best decisions for their family.
Becky Franzen earned her MA degree in Health and Wellness with a focus in Lactation and is an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). She is a founding member of the WI Association for Tongue-Tie Professionals and has additional training to work with babies with Tongue-Tie difficulties.
Tricia Serres, DPT, is a physical therapist who is passionate about helping people improve their quality of life by restoring movement and function. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Luther College and earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Clarke University in 2019.
Amy McFadden, PT, received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Texas Woman’s University and earned her Masters of Physical Therapy from the University of Iowa in 2003. Since graduating in 2003, Amy has built experience in the acute inpatient setting and outpatient setting where she rehabilitated individuals with orthopedic injuries and pain, strokes, amputations, and other neuromuscular conditions.

As a Stott Certified Pilates Instructor, Malia's specializa-tions include Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Barrels and Stability Chair, and she has completed the Injuries and Special Populations coursework. Malia is also a trained AntiGravity and TRX Instructor.
Sue Webber has 7 years of experience as a Balanced Body Certified Pilates Instructor for Mat and Reformer Pilates, including Cadillac, Chair & Barrel. She has also completed coursework on Pilates for Neurological Conditions.
Amye obtained her Pilates Mat certification through Pilates Sports Center, based out of Encino, CA. Amye strives to live a life of balance and believes that working out does not have to be all or nothing. The most important thing you can do for yourself each day is to move your body.
Ashley Oberbroeckling, M.Ac, L.Ac, L.M.T, is a licensed acupuncturist and a specialist in the treatment of women’s health, gastrointestinal issues, and pain. Ashley takes a multidisciplinary approach to the treatment of hormone imbalances, anxiety, and acute/chronic pain.
Kris Anderegg is a Certified Registered Reflexologist and a member of the Reflexology Association of Iowa. Kris is certified and/or trained in the following reflexology modalities: Foot, Hand, and Ear Reflexology, Facial Reflexology and Reflexology Lymph Drainage.

Teresa Sage is a 2012 graduate of Massage Therapy at Body Wisdom Massage Therapy School, Urbandale, Iowa. Her emphasis was with myofascial therapy. She also has continuing education in CranioSacral Therapy with the Upledger Institute.

Tonia was certified in Ayurveda and Yoga at Mount Madonna Institute in California. What began as a journey for understanding why yoga helped her find a sense of calm turned into a passion to help others find balance and calm in an increasingly chaotic world.

Meghan is a Yoga Alliance 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher who has been teaching classes since 2014. Her specialties are Vinyasa Flow, Power Yoga, Hot Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Meditation Practices. She received her certification through Body & Soul Wellness Center in 2014. Meghan is also trained to teach Mat and Reformer Pilates and to practice Reiki 1.
Amanda Wettstein holds an AA degree with a background in health and medical science, and has earned a license in Esthetics and Microderma-brasion. She is passionate about working with people to attain healthy skin at any stage of life, educating in skin-care routines that work best for them. Amanda incorporates guidance in mind, body, spirit wellness for ultimate skin health.
Lyndsay is a licensed esthe-tician who is happy to help a wide variety of people feel and look their best. Lyndsay is diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, a neuro-developmental disability that generally leads to differences in communication, social skills, unique patterns of thought, and behavior. Lyndsay works through these challenges and takes pride in her abilities and in conforming to what the public perceives as normal.

Katherine Gansen, FNP- BC is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nurse from Clarke University in 2005 and Master of Science in Nursing in 2008. She has worked in the medical arena for nearly 20 years in various settings. Her experience as a nurse practitioner since 2008 includes outpatient, inpatient and nursing home care.

Karin Anderson MS, LMHC, NCC is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 18 years of experience providing counseling services to men, women, teens, families, couples and groups. Karin is trained in narrative therapy, family systems, CBT, brief counseling models and EMDR as well as specialized training in inter- personal violence and complex trauma injuries.
