Emily Roling is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who believes in a holistic approach to healthcare. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Clarke University and a Masters of Science in Nursing from Maryville University.

Macy Gudenkauf is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who believes in providing holistic healthcare. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand View University and a Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Clarke University.

Amy McFadden, PT, Cert. DN is a physical therapist who is passionate and dedicated to improving people’s quality of life through manual therapy, dry needling, exercise, and education.​​​​​​​  Amy has built experience in the acute inpatient setting and outpatient setting where she rehabilitated individuals with orthopedic injuries and pain, strokes, amputations, and other neuromuscular conditions.​

Dr. Randall is a Chiropractor with a passion for helping her patients achieve their optimal health and wellness goals. Along with her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College, she achieved her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, and Nutritional Counseling Certification from the state of Wisconsin.

Ashley Straka, M.Ac, L.Ac, L.M.T, is a licensed acupuncturist and a specialist in the treatment of women’s health, gastrointestinal issues, and pain. Ashley takes a multidisciplinary approach to the treatment of hormone imbalances, anxiety, and acute/chronic pain.

Kris Anderegg, Certified Registered Reflexologist is a member of the Reflexology Association of Iowa. Kris was certified in 2012 through the Reflexology Plus Program (a nationally accredited course). She is trained in the following reflexology modalities: Foot, Hand, and Ear Reflexology, Facial Reflexology and Reflexology Lymph Drainage.

Julie Haufe is a 2006 graduate of Massage Therapy at Capri College, Dubuque, Iowa and holds a B.A. in Communication from the University of Northern Iowa. Julie addresses the body as a total unit with principle-based techniques that treat the physical, mental, emotional, behavioral, and external influences to enhance well being and improve health conditions.

Danielle Smethers is a licensed esthetician.  She is trained extensively on product ingredients and service types to ensure she is able to effectively curate the perfect treatment plan for each person she works with. She loves to focus on customizing your service to achieve long- lasting results or even help you unwind and decompress after a long day. Her approach to each service is one that encompasses all the technical knowledge with a soothing gentle touch.

Becky Franzen earned her MA degree in health and wellness with a focus in lactation and is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). She is a founding member of the WI Association for Tongue-Tie Professionals and has additional training to work with babies with tongue-tie difficulties.

Lacy Knipper is a certified birth educator and prenatal yoga instructor, specializing in natural approaches in pregnancy and birth. As an educator, her goal is for mothers and partners to feel confident going into their birth, as well as feeling fully informed and prepared to make the best decisions for their family.

Katherine Gansen, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Clarke University in 2005 and Master of Science in Nursing in 2008. She has worked in the medical arena for nearly 20 years in various settings. Her experience as a nurse practitioner since 2008 includes outpatient, inpatient and nursing home care.

Karin Anderson MS, LMHC, NCC is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 18 years of experience providing counseling services to men, women, teens, families, couples and groups. She incorporates a wellness approach to the counseling process which is integrative, collaborative and strength-based.

Lexy Thompson, MA, LMHC, CADC is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor with over 15 years of clinical experience with adults, adolescents and their families. She incorporates an integrative approach to meet the unique needs of each individual. Her clinical interests lie in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and addiction.

Bailey Callahan MA, T-LMHC is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. She believes in a holistic approach to mental health counseling and has experience with both inpatient and outpatient care. Utilizing an empathetic and collaborative approach, she will be your supportive guide toward healing and self-growth.

Allie earned her bachelor’s degree in exercise science from the University of Dubuque and holds certifications in personal training, clinical health coaching, and nutrition coaching. Her expertise lies in sleep hygiene, stress management, CrossFit, pre- & postnatal fitness, and women’s fitness.​

Nicole Hutchison, owner and CEO of Statera Integrated Health and Wellness Solutions is also a Licensed Physical Therapist, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and a dual certified Health Coach with ACE and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Nicole enjoys working with clients to find balance in daily life with nutrition, hydration, fitness, sleep and stress management.​​​

Tobey Roling completed her Yoga certification in 2009 and Primary Group Fitness certification in 2012. Her Yoga specializations include Yin, Restorative, Hatha, and Private Sessions. Tobey has been teaching Barre, Strength Training, Yoga and Fitness classes in Dubuque at local businesses for the past 8 years.​​

Kailey is an enthusiastic student at UNI pursuing a degree in Public Health and Family Services. I am passionate about learning how to help others achieve optimal health from a holistic approach. I have a background in yoga and fitness, which I can apply to my approach to patient care.

Malia’s Pilates specializations include Mat, Reformer, Zenga, Halo, Cadillac, Barrels and Stability Chair, and has completed the Injuries and Special Populations coursework. In addition, Malia holds a certification in Christopher Harrison’s AntiGravity® fitness program and is a qualified TRX suspension trainer.​​​

Sue Webber earned her certificate to teach Mat & Reformer Pilates through Balanced Body in 2011 and is now certified to teach all apparatus; including Cadillac, Chair & Barrel. She has also completed coursework on Pilates for Neurological Conditions, led by Dr. Brett Anderson PhD, PT. She has been teaching Pilates in Dubuque since 2011.

Shannon Hummel completed her Balanced Body Pilates training for Equipment Based Pilates (EBP)  in June 2023 and is currently student teaching. She began her personal Pilates practice in 2018 in order to get in shape after having her 4 children. Pilates quickly became her favorite health activity and she is training to share it with others by becoming a certified EBP instructor.
