Nursing Support

Chandra Dimmer, LPN

Chandra grew up in East Dubuque and earned her Nursing degree from Northeast Iowa Community College. Her path into healthcare began with her first job working in the kitchen at Ennoble Manor, where she had the opportunity to work alongside her mom and sister, both of whom were Certified Nursing Assistants. Through that experience, Chandra gained a deeper understanding of patient care and recognized the important role compassionate healthcare professionals play in supporting others. Her philosophy of care is centered around empowering patients to be their own best advocates by prioritizing their health and wellness. Outside of work, Chandra enjoys pineapple pizza, relies on coffee to keep her going through busy days, making memories with kids and grandkids, and rewatching her favorite series, Outlander—currently on her third time through the show.

Radiologic Technologist, Nursing Support

Tiffany Driscoll, RT(R)

Tiffany grew up in Dubuque and earned her degree from Northeast Iowa Community College. She chose a career in healthcare because she wanted to make a meaningful difference in people's lives while being part of a field that provides opportunity for lifelong growth and stability. Tiffany believes in treating every patient with the same compassion, respect, and kindness she would want for her own loved ones. She is dedicated to creating a positive experience for each patient and helping them feel cared for throughout their healthcare journey. When she’s not at work, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs.

Medical Assistant

Sarah White, CMA

Sarah grew up in Dubuque and spent much of her childhood on her grandparents' farm in the heart of Jones County. She earned her Medical Assistant degree from Northeast Iowa Community College in Peosta and is also a certified BLS instructor. Sarah is passionate about helping others achieve their greatest quality of life through compassionate, patient-centered care. Sarah believes that healthcare should be rooted in kindness and a family-centered approach, ensuring each patient feels supported and valued throughout their journey. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her three children, getting lost in a good novel, and searching for the perfect matcha to fuel her day.

Medical Assistant

Alexis Shaffer, CMA

Alexis earned her Medical Assistant degree from Northeast Iowa Community College in 2023. Alexis' passion for caring for others led her to begin her healthcare career as a Certified Nursing Assistant in 2018, where she gained valuable experience in long-term care before advancing to a Certified Medical Assistant role. She is dedicated to treating every patient with dignity and compassion, prioritizing their safety while supporting providers in delivering the highest standard of care. Alexis enjoys being part of a team that helps patients feel welcomed, respected, and cared for throughout their healthcare journey. Outside of work, Alexis enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Phlebotomy, Nursing Support

Alisa Gavin, RN

Alisa grew up in Dubuque and earned her degree from Northeast Iowa Community College. Although she initially stumbled into healthcare, she quickly discovered the joy and fulfillment that comes from helping others and knew she had found the right path. Alisa believes that truly listening to patients is one of the most important parts of healthcare, recognizing that people know their own bodies better than anyone else. She values being a compassionate presence and providing a kind, supportive ear when patients need it most. Outside of work, Alisa enjoys challenging herself with difficult sudoku puzzles and relies on plenty of coffee to power through her day. When she has time to relax, you can find her rewatching The Devil Wears Prada or classic Law & Order episodes (but not SVU!).
