Chandra grew up in East Dubuque and earned her Nursing degree from Northeast Iowa Community College. Her path into healthcare began with her first job working in the kitchen at Ennoble Manor, where she had the opportunity to work alongside her mom and sister, both of whom were Certified Nursing Assistants. Through that experience, Chandra gained a deeper understanding of patient care and recognized the important role compassionate healthcare professionals play in supporting others. Her philosophy of care is centered around empowering patients to be their own best advocates by prioritizing their health and wellness. Outside of work, Chandra enjoys pineapple pizza, relies on coffee to keep her going through busy days, making memories with kids and grandkids, and rewatching her favorite series, Outlander—currently on her third time through the show.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Tiffany grew up in Dubuque and earned her degree from Northeast Iowa Community College. She chose a career in healthcare because she wanted to make a meaningful difference in people's lives while being part of a field that provides opportunity for lifelong growth and stability. Tiffany believes in treating every patient with the same compassion, respect, and kindness she would want for her own loved ones. She is dedicated to creating a positive experience for each patient and helping them feel cared for throughout their healthcare journey. When she’s not at work, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs. ​

Sarah grew up in Dubuque and spent much of her childhood on her grandparents' farm in the heart of Jones County. She earned her Medical Assistant degree from Northeast Iowa Community College in Peosta and is also a certified BLS instructor. Sarah is passionate about helping others achieve their greatest quality of life through compassionate, patient-centered care. Sarah believes that healthcare should be rooted in kindness and a family-centered approach, ensuring each patient feels supported and valued throughout their journey. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her three children, getting lost in a good novel, and searching for the perfect matcha to fuel her day.​​​​​

Alexis earned her Medical Assistant degree from Northeast Iowa Community College in 2023. Alexis' passion for caring for others led her to begin her healthcare career as a Certified Nursing Assistant in 2018, where she gained valuable experience in long-term care before advancing to a Certified Medical Assistant role. She is dedicated to treating every patient with dignity and compassion, prioritizing their safety while supporting providers in delivering the highest standard of care. Alexis enjoys being part of a team that helps patients feel welcomed, respected, and cared for throughout their healthcare journey. Outside of work, Alexis enjoys spending time with her family and friends. ​​​​​

Alisa grew up in Dubuque and earned her degree from Northeast Iowa Community College. Although she initially stumbled into healthcare, she quickly discovered the joy and fulfillment that comes from helping others and knew she had found the right path. Alisa believes that truly listening to patients is one of the most important parts of healthcare, recognizing that people know their own bodies better than anyone else. She values being a compassionate presence and providing a kind, supportive ear when patients need it most. Outside of work, Alisa enjoys challenging herself with difficult sudoku puzzles and relies on plenty of coffee to power through her day. When she has time to relax, you can find her rewatching The Devil Wears Prada or classic Law & Order episodes (but not SVU!).​​​​​

Misty serves as a Front Desk team member and Billing Specialist at Statera. She was drawn to Statera’s unique approach to healthcare and appreciates the heart and genuine care that Statera’s owner, providers, and team bring to the community. In her role, Misty is passionate about continuing to learn and finding new ways to best support Statera and the patients and clients they serve.

Originally from Missouri, Misty spent much of her childhood in South Texas before moving to Dubuque at age 11. Before transitioning to human healthcare, she spent 16 years working as a Veterinary Technician, bringing a wealth of experience in patient care and service to her role at Statera.

Danielle has been part of the Statera team since 2020 and has grown into several roles throughout her time with the clinic. After beginning in reception and administration, she now serves as Statera’s Lead Marketing Contact and Esthetician. She was drawn to Statera by the strong sense of community, compassion, and genuine care that defines the clinic.

Danielle is especially passionate about building personal connections and getting to know the individuals she works with beyond simply being a client or patient. A lifelong Dubuque resident, she has also worked as a bridal makeup artist since 2019 and stays busy with weddings throughout much of the year. Outside of work, you can find Danielle spending time outdoors with her husband and two dogs or in the kitchen, trying out new recipes and cooking techniques. 

Martha serves as a Marketing Assistant at Statera, bringing creativity, fresh ideas, and a passion for thinking outside the box to her role. She knew Statera would be a natural fit for her interests and skill set from the beginning and has enjoyed growing in her role. She especially enjoys brainstorming new marketing ideas, creating engaging content, and coming up with fresh chalkboard messages that bring personality to Statera.

A Dubuque native, Martha is an elite-level mountain biker and also has a love for fashion. When she’s powering through a busy day, her official fuel of choice is coffee and a turkey sandwich.

Tobey serves as a Front Desk team member and assists in Administration at Statera, while also sharing her passion for wellness as a Yoga and Fitness Instructor. She was drawn to Statera because of the opportunity to work with and connect with patients and clients. She enjoys working with the public and helping create a welcoming experience for everyone who walks through Statera’s doors.

A Dubuque native, Tobey brings her love of movement and wellness into her work. Outside of Statera, she enjoys singing. Her go-to fuel for a busy day is an Isagenix shake or bar.

Angel serves as a Front Desk team member and Mat Pilates Instructor at Statera. She was drawn to Statera by the kind, supportive environment shared among staff and patients and is passionate about helping others find health and wellness solutions that best fit their individual needs. She especially enjoys creating an encouraging environment where clients can build strength, balance, flexibility, and confidence.

Outside of Statera, Angel enjoys reading, writing, and playing board games with friends. She is currently working on her own fantasy novel and planning her upcoming wedding.

Caitlyn serves as a Front Desk team member for both the upper and lower levels of Statera. She was drawn to Statera by its strong sense of community and the values behind the clinic, especially the opportunity to be part of a team that genuinely cares about every person they serve. She is passionate about helping others discover holistic ways to support their health and wellness.

A lifelong Dubuque resident, Caitlyn loves embracing the winter months and spending time snowboarding whenever she can.

Elizabeth serves as a Front Desk Team member at Statera, where she enjoys creating organized systems, managing day-to-day needs, and providing flexible support to both patients and providers. She was drawn to Statera after experiencing firsthand the benefits of integrative healthcare during her own health journey. Discovering a community of like-minded providers focused on addressing the root causes of health concerns was especially meaningful to her. Originally from Urbana, Iowa, Elizabeth graduated from high school in 2024 and is currently studying Bible Linguistics at Emmaus University.

Outside of work and school, she enjoys playing disc golf. Her go-to fuel for a busy day is a cold brew from La Venta Specialty Coffee.
