Sarah Mitchell, DNP, PMHNP
Sarah Mitchell, DNP, PMHNP is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Wisconsin–Madison in 2017 and her Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Iowa in 2025. With over 8 years of experience in both psychiatry and hospice care, she brings a compassionate, patient-centered approach to mental health treatment that extends across the lifespan and all stages of wellness.

For scheduling, please call 563-207-8932. If you would like to see Sarah Mitchell as a new patient, please complete our client request form. Sarah will review your request, and our front desk will call you within 1-2 business days with her recommendations for scheduling and registration, and to discuss insurance/payment options. For insurance, please call the number on the back of your card to best understand your policy's coverage. Sarah is currently credentialing with several insurance companies.
