Red and near-infrared light therapy for skin, pain, energy, and health!


How it works. Red and near-infrared spectrums have been proven to have many positive impacts on our biology. Simply by exposing your body to red light therapy, cells are charged and output more ATP and oxygen, which reduces overall inflammation.Many benefits come from this boost in cellular energy. It takes only 1-minute of exposure to create more cellular energy in the body. A whole 10-minute session is enough to create a significant impact on our biology.

The red and near-infrared spectrums are the most beneficial to penetrate the skin. They can go as deep as 5 mm into the epidermis. There is a boost in skin collagen, which is the main protein that gives the skin its elasticity and complexion. The increase in skin protein, activates repair mechanisms, helping heal wounds, scars, burns, and cellulite faster. To see results: Expose yourself at least 2-3 times/week.
