Absolutely! As we age, we have many changes in the body. Nerve function can decline leaving many people with different forms of neuropathy in the hands and feet. This can increase the risk of falls and injuries. Reflexology is very helpful to keep nerves functioning.
Reflexology can ease or relieve pain. Pain stops people from being active in their daily lives. Being able to walk, exercise and do household chores as we age is very important! If you don’t use it, you lose it! To live your best quality of life, you must keep moving!!
