The Alcohol Experiment: Your Month for Clarity (Your Mind, Your Body, Your Choice)

There is an exciting alcohol-free movement happening globally. We are seeking greater energy, productivity, and connection with others. As we become more health conscious, many of us are taking a hard look at how much we drink and whether alcohol is hindering us from meeting our wellness goals.

Whether you want to learn to live alcohol free, take a break from alcohol or become more mindful about why and how much you drink, this group will provide the education and support you need to determine the path you want to take. This educational group is a judgement-free, stigma-free, shame-free zone where your highly trained, professional facilitators will provide daily encouragement and walk beside you on this 30-day journey of self-discovery. Utilizing the work of Annie Grace, we will look at why this topic is so hard to talk about, how the alcohol culture surrounds us and how our core beliefs may be holding us back from living our best life.

5:30-7:00 pm CST With Dr. Linda Peterson, Certified Life, Health, and Wellness Coach and Nicole Hutchison, PT, CSCS, Holistic Heath & Integrative Nutrition Coach.

Options for additional support during this 5 week program: 

Individual support with Dr. Peterson in 15 minute increments at a reduced coaching rate.
