Lymphatic drainage delivers oxygen around the skin to improve circulation and help drain excess fluids/toxins via lymph nodes. This can help reduce sinus pressure or puffy eyes, and improve breakouts/complexion.

~Teresa Sage is a 2012 graduate of Massage Therapy at Body Wisdom Massage Therapy School, Urbandale, Iowa. Her emphasis was with myofascial therapy. She also has continuing education in CranioSacral Therapy with the Upledger Institute, and has earned her certification in Manual Lymph Drainage.

~Julie Haufe has extensive continuing education in Neural Reset Therapy®, Integrated Neuromuscular Re-Education, Myokinesthetic System, Myofascial Release, orthopedic massage, lymphatic drainage, Reiki, Cranial Sacral Therapy, medical massage for cranial pain, TMJ, headaches, Carpal Tunnel, and hot and cold stone therapies.

~Rebekah Bell is a licensed medical aesthetician with a background in medical dermatology and medical spas. Rebekah graduated from Crave Beauty Academy in 2015 with advanced awards in treatment modalities of light/radio/laser frequency procedures, full-body waxing, aromatherapy, and manual lymphatic drainage massage.
