Craniosacral or Reiki: Thursday Evenings are for Healing

The first Thursday evening of each month choose from Craniosacral or Reiki for your session.

Craniosacral: Gentle touch therapy that frees muscular and energetic blocks that restrict cerebral spinal fluid flow. This therapy is ideal for headaches, migraines, depression, anxiety and balancing the central nervous system. No clothing removal required. Wear loose comfortable garments.

Reiki: We store life experiences as energy patterns in our energy anatomy. Some of those experiences create blockages interrupting the free flow of energy. The spiritual healing art of Reiki works by channeling positive energy into your body physically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally resulting in stress reduction and relaxation. This triggers the body's natural healing abilities.

Teresa Sage is a 2012 graduate of Massage Therapy at Body Wisdom Massage Therapy School, Urbandale, Iowa. Her emphasis was with myofascial therapy. She also has continuing education in CranioSacral Therapy with the Upledger Institute, and has earned her certification in Manual Lymph Drainage.
