Bone Health: Osteoporosis Education Course

Whether you have been diagnosed with Osteoporosis or Osteopenia, or want to prevent that diagnosis in the future, this program is for you! Did you know that Osteoporosis and Osteopenia, the loss of bone density, can be slowed, maintained, or possibly reversed with your medical and lifestyle choices? Join a team of Statera professionals for this six-week program that will educate and empower you to take specific actions that can optimize your bone health.

This course will address all aspects of bone health including current medical interventions, fitness, nutrition, Yoga, Ayurveda and emotional wellness. Each session will include 20-minutes education, 10-minutes for questions, and 30-minutes of exercise (we will introduce a variety of styles of exercise for you to try).  Those participants who complete the course will receive a free fitness class targeted at bone health with one of our Physical Therapists and Pilates Instructors.
