Our 10-Week Wellness Programs are comprehensive programs that will provide you with the latest health information, engage you in proven success strategies, and guide you in developing a personal plan for optimizing your health and wellness for a lifetime. Our highly trained and certified professionals will work closely with you to activate your new lifestyle by focusing on how you eat, how you move and how you think. Each program is limited to 6 participants, so advanced registration is required. BREAK THE DIET CYCLE
Do you have a history of yo-yo dieting but can’t lose weight or do you continue to gain weight despite your best efforts? Then this program is for you!
Break the Diet Cycle is a 4-week program designed to educate participants on how biology and psychology affects your own weight loss goals. Discover how a diet mentality and dieting myths are stopping you from achieving your weight loss goals. This is not a weight loss program; it is an education program on why diets don’t work.
You will complete the program with new confidence in your ability to make real, sustainable and lasting changes to your approach to weight loss and health.

HEAL(THY) SELF VIRTUAL SMALL GROUP COACHING
Are you constantly looking for new diets that give you the quickest results? Are you sick of feeling insecure in your body? Does confusion and being over-informed prevent you from choosing foods that make you feel your best? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from living the life you want to live? Sick of starting over?
Over the course of this 4 week workshop, we will focus on re-energizing your life by learning to let go of diet rules and culture and learn to eat intuitively, prioritize movement, self-care and personal growth, and re-establish your commitment to yourself to bring your best self into every day. You will also get the opportunity to support and be supported by other participants so we can all learn and grow from each other. This workshop will help stop the diet cycle and bring wellness into your life whatever way works best for your individual self.
Four week virtual workshop includes:

Our Statera Lunch and Learns are offered in the spring and fall each year. Hosted by our team of professionals, each Lunch and Learn is a unique topic relating to mind, body, spirit health and wellness. Live-streaming or recorded on-demand for your convenience. FIFTY AND FORWARD: SHARING, CARING, & GROWING TOGETHER!
Making connections, finding your “tribe” and empowering ourselves and each other is more important than ever as we emerge from a year of isolation and uncertainty. This VIRTUAL four session workshop series combines education, support and networking for women approaching age 50 and beyond who are transitioning through life changes and are seeking to make new connections, develop new resources and welcome opportunities to grow and flourish.
Typical changes we experience during this life stage might include: empty nester, caregiver, divorce, retirement, death of a spouse, health challenges, redefining purpose, and career changer.
This is an interactive group with ample time allowed for sharing, supporting and learning from each other.

BEGINNERS PILATES WORKSHOP
Join Sue Webber, Malia Ridgway, and Amye Valant to learn the basic mat pilates, reformer, tower, and chair exercises to strengthen your body, have better posture and more flexibility, all while working low impact to protect your joints.
