As a Holistic Health and Integrative Nutrition coach, I believe bringing mind, body and spirit into balance is the most powerful way to achieve true health. For years I was confused by all the information regarding health and wellness - which diet is best, the best workout program to burn fat, etc. It wasn’t until I started to experience chronic illness that I learned what a healthy lifestyle looked like for me. After healing from my illness by bringing my own mind, body and spirit into balance, I felt a strong calling to be a guide to others to help achieve the same health and happiness that I was experiencing.
As a coach, I work with my clients to achieve balance in their lives by guiding them to understand their bodies unique nutrition and exercise needs, as well as mindfulness skills to nourish their mind and spirit. I believe in putting the power back into the hands of my clients to equip them with the tools to make the best decisions for their health in any situation.
