She has extensive continuing educations in Neural Reset Therapy®, Integrated Neuromuscular Re-Education, Myokinesthetic System, Myofascial Release, Orthopedic Massage for complicated Knee and Shoulder Conditions, Reiki, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Medical Massage for Cranial Pain, TMJ & Headaches, A non-surgical Approach to Carpal Tunnel, Tai Chi Massage, and Hot and Cold Stone Therapies.

Meghan is a Yoga Alliance 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher who has been teaching classes since 2014. Her specialties are Vinyasa flow, Power Yoga, Hot Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Meditation Practices. She received her certification through Body & Soul Wellness Center in 2014.
I began my yoga practice in 2010 with a beginner series and instantly fell in love with it. Yoga was a great way for me to get some time to focus on myself while raising two daughters, and a great way to ease the stresses of the day and refocus on the things that really mattered while letting go of what didn’t. I felt a calling to help others get what I has gained from a consistent yoga practice. I am also trained to teach mat and reformer Pilates and Reiki 1.
I believe in surrounding myself with healthy positive energy, my belief is that the greatest gift you can give to the world is a healthy you, Mind, Body & Spirit.
