Why choose private or small group classes vs larger group classes?



There are many benefits of exercising in private or small group classes. The one on-one attention you receive in a smaller setting provides a more customized approach to the workout. The instructor can ensure you are using the correct form and can easily provide you with modifications, adjustments, or advancements to exercises to best fit your needs. Small group classes are an excellent way to not only work on strength, balance, and flexibility; but they also foster a positive, encouraging community of individuals.
