WHAT, WHEN, WHERE and THAT, THEN, and THERE
Small changes can help you answer questions that affect your life in big ways.
For instance…If we replace the W in What, When, and Where with a T, we can
answer each of those questions. That, Then, and There, and we only replaced one
WHAT is making me tired? Going to bed late, THAT is making me tired. One
small change, go to bed an hour earlier.
WHEN will I start to feel motivated? I’ll set a small achievable goal, THEN I’ll
see my motivation increase.
WHERE did my focus go? I’m taking a small breathing break, and THERE is a
little more focus.
Those things that feel like big challenges in our lives can be improved with one
small change. Over time, if we can persist with making small changes we will see
