What can I expect from my first personal training session?



Personal training at Statera is completely customized to your individual goals and

desires. At your first personal training session, we will discuss what YOU want to get out of personal training! We talk about your goals, past medical and exercise history, any current issues or injuries, etc. Then your strength, flexibility, mobility, and form during exercises and functional movements are assessed. It can be something where we create a home exercise program for you to follow on your own and then check back in to progress your exercises. You can also choose to come in for personal training sessions with the guidance, instruction, and eyes of the trainer to ensure proper form and have that accountability and motivation. We will meet you wherever you are on your fitness journey and will create a collaborative and individualized program for whatever your goals may be! We look forward to working with you!
