A great way to support your health is by supporting your immune system with vitamins and nutrients and there are a couple different ways to do so!
Eating nutrient rich foods help protect our body from dis-ease and support our incredible immune systems. When thinking of nutrient rich foods, think of anything that grows from the earth - fruits, vegetables, beans, whole grains, nuts and seeds. Whole, nutrient dense foods contain micronutrients that can build up our immune systems. A good goal is to try to "eat the rainbow", meaning eating a whole food from each color of the rainbow. You can shoot to get each color in each day or try to eat each color throughout the week, whatever is more realistic for you.
Another great way to support your immune system is by taking good quality supplements.
