I am going to start training for a 5K run. Would it help me to have my running form evaluated?

Updated: Apr 13, 2022

Yes! A running analysis can be very beneficial as you start training for any race or running event. Having your form evaluated is important for identifying imbalances or asymmetries that may lead to injury as your training progresses. During the evaluation, your posture, body mechanics, stride length, cadence, and foot strike will all be assessed. Based on the findings from your analysis, recommendations and education on running posture, individualized strengthening and mobility exercises, appropriate shoes, and injury prevention techniques will be provided. Running should be an enjoyable activity for everyone. A running analysis can help you run happy and healthy!
