Oftentimes as we start a new diet, exercise plan or lifestyle change, we allow others to dictate what is the best path forward - what to eat, how much to eat, how to move and so on. This one size fits all approach doesn't take into account who you are as an individual, what you enjoy doing and what you need to nourish your whole self - mind, body and spirit. This lack of individualization leads to an inability to stick with these changes long term, leaving you feeling like a failure and taking the power from your hands and into someone else's.

With Statera's Empowered Wellness Program, we embrace each participant's unique needs and goals while focusing on nutrition, movement, mindfulness and mindset - setting you up for a lifetime of wellness. You will learn the skills and ability to tune into your body, mind and spirit to listen to the messages your body is sending so you can adapt to its ever changing needs.

The tools you will learn in Empowered Wellness, will empower you to take the power back and take charge of your health and wellness. Leaving you to move through life with increased confidence, greater life balance and greater connection to yourself and community.

Our next Empowered Wellness Program begins on Saturday, March 27th at 8:30am. This session will be virtual educational sessions and personalized workouts.
