MINDFUL MOVEMENT, YOGA AND MEDITATION

We offer a variety of Mindful Movement, Yoga and Meditation classes at Statera to strengthen the mind-body connection and improve strength, flexibility, balance, core stability, and in some classes cardio endurance. STRENGTH TRAINING, BARRE, TRX, HALO

Strength Training is important at any age to maintain or enhance lean muscle mass, preserve bone density, manage weight, improve balance and decrease the risk of falls, and support overall health and wellness.  We offer a wide variety of classes, so there's something for everyone to enjoy.  Use the links below to explore our current offerings. ANTIGRAVITY

AntiGravity is a challenging workout for men and women of all ages and fitness levels that flows through a series of movements, allowing you to improve flexibility, mobility, and balance and releasing muscles while building strength. Not all movements are inversions, but you will have enough hang time in between other exercises.  View our current offerings using the links below.  Classes are limited to two participants, so consider signing up with a friend, family member, or significant other!  Don't see a class time that works for your schedule?  Contact Malia Ridgway and schedule a time that is convenient for you.

OPEN CARDIO

Enjoy use of our state of the art cardio fitness equipment, including two treadmills, one stationary bike, one recumbent bike, one elliptical, and one NuStep. Reserve the equipment you would like to use in advance at a specific time, or walk-ins welcome as equipment is available. Schedule anytime Monday through Thursday 8am-5pm, or Friday and Saturday 8am-12pm.

*Use of our cardio equipment is FREE with the purchase of a 10/20/30 punchcard for ongoing fitness/yoga classes at Statera for the life of the card. 

Nicole Hutchison is a Physical Therapist, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Certified TRX Instructor, Health Coach, and Integrative Nutrition Coach who works with clients to optimize health mind, body, spirit.

Sue Webber has 7 years of experience as a Balanced Body Certified Pilates instructor for Mat and Reformer pilates, including Cadillac, Chair & Barrel. She has also completed coursework on Pilates for Neurological Conditions .

Lynn M. Randall, D.C., is a Chiropractor with a passion for helping her patients achieve their optimal health and wellness goals. Lynn also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Nutritional Counseling Certification.

Lacy Knipper is a certified childbirth educator and prenatal yoga instructor, specializing in natural approaches in pregnancy and birth. As an educator, her goal is for students to feel confident, prepared, and informed in making the best decisions for their family.

As a Stott Certified Pilates Instructor, Malia's specializations include Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Barrels and Stability Chair, and has completed the Injuries and Special Populations coursework. Malia also holds a certification in AntiGravity and is a Certified TRX Instructor.

Meghan is a Yoga Alliance 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher. Her specialties are Vinyasa flow, Power Yoga, Hot Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Meditation Practices.  Meghan is also trained to teach Mat and Reformer Pilates and to practice Reiki 1.
