We offer a variety of Mindful Movement, Yoga and Meditation classes at Statera to strengthen the mind-body connection and improve strength, flexibility, balance, core stability, and in some classes cardio endurance. Strength Training is important at any age to maintain or enhance lean muscle mass, preserve bone density, manage weight, improve balance and decrease the risk of falls, and support overall health and wellness.  We offer a wide variety of classes, so there's something for everyone to enjoy.  View our in-person class offerings here.


AntiGravity is a challenging workout for men and women of all ages and fitness levels that flows through a series of movements, allowing you to improve flexibility, mobility and balance and releasing muscles while building strength. Our cardio equipment is available for your use Monday through Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm, and Saturdays 8:00 am-12:00 pm.  Equipment includes two treadmills, elliptical, upright bike, recumbent bike, and NuStep.

Sue Webber has 7 years of experience as a Balanced Body Certified Pilates instructor for Mat and Reformer pilates, including Cadillac, Chair & Barrel. She has also completed coursework on Pilates for Neurological Conditions .

Meghan is a Yoga Alliance 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher. Her specialties are Vinyasa flow, Power Yoga, Hot Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Meditation Practices.  Meghan is also trained to teach Mat and Reformer Pilates and to practice Reiki 1.
