MINDFUL MOVEMENT, YOGA AND MEDITATION
We offer a variety of Mindful Movement, Yoga and Meditation classes at Statera to strengthen the mind-body connection and improve strength, flexibility, balance, core stability, and in some classes cardio endurance. Classes are open to men and women of all ages and ability levels, and class sizes are small to allow for individualized attention so modifications can easily be made for your safety and enjoyment. STRENGTH TRAINING, BARRE, TRX, HALO
Strength Training is important at any age to maintain or enhance lean muscle mass, preserve bone density, manage weight, improve balance and decrease the risk of falls, and support overall health and wellness. AntiGravity is a challenging workout for men and women of all ages and fitness levels that flows through a series of movements, allowing you to improve flexibility, mobility, and balance and releasing muscles while building strength. Not all movements are inversions, but you will have enough hang time in between other exercises. View our current offerings using the links below. Enjoy use of our state of the art cardio fitness equipment, including two treadmills, one stationary bike, one recumbent bike, one elliptical, and one NuStep. Reserve the equipment you would like to use in advance at a specific time, or walk-ins welcome as equipment is available. Schedule anytime Monday through Thursday 8am-5pm, or Friday and Saturday 8am-12pm.
