Tricia Serres

Tricia Serres, DPT, is a physical therapist who is passionate about helping people improve their quality of life by restoring movement and function. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Luther College and earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Clarke University in 2019.

Malia Ridgway

As a Stott Certified Pilates Instructor, Malia's specializations include Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Barrels and Stability Chair, and she has completed the Injuries and Special Populations coursework. Malia is also a trained AntiGravity and TRX Instructor.

Meghan is a Yoga Alliance 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher. Her specialties are Vinyasa flow, Power Yoga, Hot Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Meditation Practices.  Meghan is also trained to teach Mat and Reformer Pilates and to practice Reiki 1.
