Nicole Hutchison is a Physical Therapist, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Certified TRX Instructor, Health Coach, and Integrative Nutrition Coach who works with clients to optimize health mind, body, spirit.
Amye Valant, Certified Pilates Instructor, obtained her pilates mat certification through Pilates Sports Center, based out of Encino, CA. Amye strives to live a life of balance and believes that working out does not have to be all or nothing. The most important thing you can do for yourself each day is to move your body.
Meghan is a Yoga Alliance 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher. Her specialties are Vinyasa flow, Power Yoga, Hot Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Meditation Practices. Meghan is also trained to teach Mat and Reformer Pilates and to practice Reiki 1.
As a Holistic Health and Integrative Nutrition Coach, Bri believes bringing mind, body and spirit into balance is the most powerful way to achieve true health.
As a Stott Certified Pilates Instructor, Malia's specializations include Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Barrels and Stability Chair, and she has completed the Injuries and Special Populations coursework. Malia is also a trained AntiGravity and TRX Instructor.
Tobey Roling completed her Yoga certification in 2009 and Primary Group Fitness certification in 2012. Her Yoga specializations include Yin, Restorative, Hatha, and Private Sessions. Tobey has been teaching Barre, Strength Training, Yoga and Fitness classes for the past 8 years.
Jodi Fritz is a Yoga Alliance 200-hour Registered Yoga Instructor who received her certification in 2020 through B-1 Yoga Studio in Dubuque, IA. Her specialties are Vinyasa Flow, Hot Yoga and Yin Yoga.
Sue Webber has 7 years of experience as a Balanced Body Certified Pilates instructor for Mat and Reformer pilates, including Cadillac, Chair & Barrel. She has also completed coursework on Pilates for Neurological Conditions .
Lynn M. Randall, D.C., is a Chiropractor with a passion for helping her patients achieve their optimal health and wellness goals. Lynn also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, Nutritional Counseling Certification, and 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification.
Lacy Knipper is a certified childbirth educator and prenatal yoga instructor, specializing in natural approaches in pregnancy and birth. As an educator, her goal is for students to feel confident, prepared, and informed in making the best decisions for their family.
