Do you accept insurance?

Some of our services are insurance reimbursable.  Depending on the provider and on the services received, Statera may submit to insurance for you.  Otherwise, you may be able to self-submit to your insurance carrier for reimbursement.  We are transparent about insurance coverage you may be eligible for, as well as expected out of pocket expenses.  Please contact our front desk for more information.  Also consider that many of the services at Statera may be paid for using a health savings or flex spending account.

Do you accept Medicare or Medicaid?

No, we do not currently accept Medicare or Medicaid.

What is your cancellation policy?

Appointments: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows may be assessed a late fee not to exceed $50 at the discretion of the provider. 

Classes, workshops, and events: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows may not be refunded their registration fee at the discretion of the provider.

Are you accepting new clients?

Most all of our providers are accepting new clients at this time.  

Do I need a physician's referral to see providers at Statera?

No, you do not need a physician's referral.  

Can I still see providers outside of Statera?

Yes!  As a team we do work closely together and communicate about your care, and we are happy to work with other providers outside of our team as well.  There may be times we recommend you see providers outside of Statera if we feel it would be best for your  care.
