Welcome to an educational connection group for those who would like support to go alcohol free for the month of January. This is an opportunity for you to take a break from alcohol, examine your beliefs about the role alcohol plays in your life and take control of your future. Daily support is important for learning and succeeding on this journey, so you will receive daily encouragement for your hosts and other participants.

As Annie Grace states in The Alcohol Experiment, this is an exciting experiment, not a punishment! This unique small group is a judgement-free, stigma-free and shame-free program designed to support you on your individual path to alcohol freedom.
