We are happy to announce this *NEW* 5-Week Vinyasa Flow Workshop!

A yoga workshop built for everyone. In this series, you will explore the integration of breath and movement as you flow from one pose to the next. Each class is thoughtfully crafted to build strength, flexibility, and balance while cultivating mindfulness and presence on and off the mat. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this series offers something for everyone. With a focus on proper alignment and modifications for all levels, you'll have the opportunity to deepen your practice at your own pace while exploring your edge and discovering new possibilities within yourself.

● Week 1: Meditation, Mudras, Breathwork Cultivate inner peace, enhance mental clarity, and balance your energy in your yogic practice.

● Week 2: Core Strength and Floor Series Breaking down the vinyasa flow improves stability and posture. Build stamina, stability, and strength for intermediate to advanced poses.

● Week 3: Hip Opening Poses Develop a healthy range of motion in the hips and pelvis. These areas are tight due to our everyday lifestyle and can cause lower back pain, weak joints, and more.

● Week 4: Legs, Glutes and Balancing Poses Improve balance, stability, strength, and flexibility through poses. Also, helps ease leg pain caused by standing.

● Week 5: Full Body Vinyasa Class Combining all poses in harmony by connecting breath, movement, strength, and flexibility.

Tuesdays, 5:30-6:20pm, May 28th through June 25th, $75
