About the Event

We may long for a sense of peace in our lives and in truth it is already within us. The struggle comes when we don't have the tools or guidance to bring ourselves to a sense of contentment. The practice of mindfulness and the techniques learned through practice can assist us in developing a greater sense of ease, aware of our thoughts and feelings, and able to self regulate and calm the nervous system. In this class you will learn some simple breathing techniques that help calm the mind and some meditation techniques that are useful in any situation any time of the day!
