Heal(thy) Self Virtual Group Coaching

Are you constantly looking for new diets that give you the quickest results? Are you sick of feeling insecure in your body? Does confusion and being over-informed prevent you from choosing foods that make you feel your best? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from living the life you want to live? Sick of starting over?

Over the course of this 4 week workshop, we will focus on re-energizing your life by learning to let go of diet rules and culture and learn to eat intuitively, prioritize movement, self-care and personal growth, and re-establish your commitment to yourself to bring your best self into every day. You will also get the opportunity to support and be supported by other participants so we can all learn and grow from each other. This workshop will help stop the diet cycle and bring wellness into your life whatever way works best for your individual self.

Four week virtual workshop includes:

- 1 hour long virtual group session per week ($300 value at individual rate)

- Private Facebook support group run by Bri

Beginning January 19th, February 23rd, March 30th, or May 4th.  

$100 for 4 week workshop*

(Open to the first 6 women registered)

*Only open to those who have not participated in this workshop previously.
