Fifty and Forward Workshop Series

Sharing, Caring and Growing Together

Facilitated by Dr. Linda Peterson, Statera Life Purpose and Wellness Coach

Making connections, finding your “tribe” and empowering ourselves and each other is more important than ever as we emerge from a year of isolation and uncertainty. This VIRTUAL four session workshop series combines education, support and networking for women approaching age 50 and beyond who are transitioning through life changes and are seeking to make new connections, develop new resources and welcome opportunities to grow and flourish.

Typical changes we experience during this life stage might include: empty nester, caregiver, divorce, retirement, death of a spouse, health challenges, redefining purpose, and career changer.

This is an interactive group with ample time allowed for sharing, supporting and learning from each other.

~February 20th: Connections and Tribe Building

~March 20th: Making Healthy Choices for Longevity

~April 17th: Creating a Future You Will Love
