About the Event

Join us for a 10-week Mind, Body and Spirit Wellness program that will leave you feeling more energetic, confident and empowered to live life from your most healthy and authentic state. Over the 10 weeks, you will discover what fitness, nutrition and mindfulness programs work best for you. We will discuss what it takes to make long-lasting lifestyle changes, rather than trying to implement another fad diet or fitness program.

You will get five 2-hour virtual educational sessions every other Saturday for the duration of the program. During this time, you will learn more about nutrition - on the plate and off. You’ll learn how to choose the right foods for your body and what the right amount of hydration is for yourself, leading to less inflammation, more energy and improved overall well-being. We’ll discuss how to cultivate more mindfulness into your life, leading to more confidence, less stress/anxiety, better sleep and more joy.

You will also have the opportunity to participate in virtual group workouts Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30-6:30pm. Each participant will be taught how to maintain safety with body mechanics at your level of fitness while building strength and improving posture, core stability, and endurance.

Creating a mindful, goal oriented guide to self care now can help you discover a lifelong path of happiness and self empowering habits.

Class sizes are limited to provide for personal support and create your individualized plan for a lifetime of health and wellness. Consider this program if you are at least 18 years of age through approximately 45 years.

Program cost $395

~Detox to rid your body of sugar and unwanted toxins. ~Overall wellness assessment including nutrition, physical activity, daily habits etc. ~20 group fitness classes covering balance and stabilization, toning and core strengthening. Classes will include TRX, Barre, Halo and Cardio training classes. ~Weekly food journals and motivational emails to help keep you dedicated and on track! ~10% discount on select Statera services and treatments during the 10 week program. (Excludes medical, chiropractic, physical therapy, and mental health services)

Due to state and local social distancing requirements, all group educational classes will be provided virtually. Individual coaching sessions can be provided in person or virtual based on client preference.
