Coping with Grief During the Holidays
Time & Location
About the Event
The holiday season can be stressful even if you are not dealing with grief. Grief can arise from many different levels of loss; a person, a pet, a job, a home and many other significant losses. Being surrounded with holiday cheer and joyful family traditions can serve as a painful reminder of our loss and increase the realization that our life is currently far from what we expected it to be.
Join Dr. Linda Peterson to hear about strategies for coping with our grief at this time of year and finding ways to create moments of joy as we honor our feelings and the losses in our life.
Saturday, November 21st 9-10:00am Live Virtual Workshop--Zoom
