About the Event

Aging Well: Creating Your Path Forward With Dr. Linda Peterson

Introducing Statera’s new small group wellness education program, designed for men and women over age 45 who are ready to take charge of their health and wellness.  During 10 small group sessions, you will learn what optimal wellness means to you and design your individual plan for creating a healthier, happier, and more meaningful life. You will receive two hours of personal wellness coaching and education on relevant topics based on current research in the field of health and wellness. Sessions begin Tuesday, September 14th and run through November 16th. Sessions will be held from 5:30-6:30pm in the Statera Conference Room. Class size is limited to 8 participants and registration is required by Sunday, September 12th.  Cost: $425

Week 5: Movement for a Lifetime The sedentary lifestyle Adding daily movement

Week 6: Mindfulness Power of the Present Nature’s Healing Forgiveness

Week 7: Understanding Inflammation Sugar Sleep Food sensitivity/allergies

Week 8: Emotional and Spiritual Wellness The Power of Purpose Connections for Life

Week 9: Self-Care—Beyond the Basics Priority Mgmt. Creating healthy Boundaries

Week 10: Putting the Pieces Together Implementing Your Wellness Plan Taking Action
