Becky Franzen earned her MA degree in health and wellness with a focus in lactation and is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). She is a founding member of the WI Association for Tongue-Tie Professionals and has additional training to work with babies with tongue-tie difficulties.
