ACUPUNCTURE
Acupuncture can treat the symptoms you currently experience to help you feel better now, and address the root causes to promote wellbeing and prevent symptoms in the future. Through the insertion of ultra-thin needles into the skin and muscle at specific points on the body and the stimulation of these points, acupuncture can treat a variety of physical and emotional conditions by restoring normal function and balance to various body systems. Treatments are based on Chinese medicine theory, diagnosis, and practice--a system of medicine that has been developed and practiced for over 2,000 years. Ashley Oberbroeckling works with children and men and women of all ages. *Join us the 3rd Thursday evening of each month for Community Acupuncture. Learn more here.
REFLEXOLOGY
Reflexology is a holistic, non-invasive therapy based on the theory that every part of your body has corresponding reflex points found on your feet. Kris Anderegg uses thumb and finger walking techniques to stimulate these reflex points, eliciting a response in the body to help bring it back into balance. This allows the body to nurture and repair itself. Reflexology is suitable for most everyone and of all ages. While many people use reflexology as a way of relaxing the mind and body and counteracting stress, many doctors, consultants and other health care professionals are recognizing reflexology as a well-established, respected and effective complementary therapy for a variety of diagnoses.

REIKI
Reiki is a natural, ancient healing practice that channels healing energy where it is needed to help rebalance the body. Julie Haufe and Meghan Hermsen practice Reiki to assist in the body's natural healing process and is safe, non-invasive and touch-free. Reiki promotes pain management, concentration, relaxation, improved sleep, stress and anxiety relief, as well as releasing toxins from the body. Reiki can be channeled to increase awareness and personal growth. Safe during pregnancy and open to all ages. *Join us the 1st Thursday evening of each month for special Reiki & Sound Healing private 30-minute sessions. Learn more here.
SOUND HEALING
Think of a pebble dropped into a pond, resulting in ripples flowing throughout the entire body of water. The human body is also primarily water. Vibration activates the natural current--or qi flow-- making the body a great receptor and conductor of sound. Try this effective sound/vibrational method to move stagnant energy, nourishing the qi and relieving pain. Calming. Grounding. Energizing. Centering. Julie Haufe recommends this as an add on service with Reiki or a massage. *Join us the 1st Thursday evening of each month for special Reiki & Sound Healing private 30-minute sessions.
