Nicole Hutchison is owner and CEO of Statera Integrated Health and Wellness Solutions. In her business “Better Living With Balance,” Nicole was able to combine her training as a Physical Therapist, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and Health Coach to fill a unique niche of client needs. Now in expanding her business to include multiple disciplines, the Statera team of providers will be able to address patient healthcare needs even more effectively
mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and physically.
My vision for Statera is to combine traditional medicine and holistic healing under one roof to address health and wellness needs mind, body, and spirit. I am thrilled to bring together a multidisciplinary team of like-minded professionals committed to providing a unique healthcare experience that is personal and individualized.
My personal focus is to live a life of purpose and meaning by providing guidance through the Statera team to others in their journey to optimal health and happiness. I am devoted to my family including my extraordinary husband, my son and daughter and 2 dogs. I enjoy art, music, reading, hiking, trail running, cycling, fitness, nutrition, meditation, and being a lifelong learner.
Lawrence Hutchison, M.D. is a board-certified family physician who received his medical doctorate from the University of Missouri Columbia and Mayo Graduate School of Medicine. His experience ranges a broad spectrum including Holistic Healthcare, Health Optimization, Nutrition, Age Management, Sports Medicine, Pediatric/Adolescent and Family Care.

I believe in collaborating with the patient in a holistic approach to healthcare. Integrating complimentary medical practices to address the entire patient, exploring health, nutrition, stress, environment and genetics. Focusing on optimizing health and wellness, preventing or delaying disease and age-related changes, and understanding that lifestyle, nutrition, emotional health and spirituality all play a role in how we feel and function.
I enjoy spending time with my family and being active in my church. My free time is usually spent outdoors cycling, running, skiing, hunting, hiking and backpacking. I have a passion for fine wine, good coffee and great food.
Megan Gross is a Certified Nurse-Midwife with a passion for holistic health care as well as empowering her patients to make informed decisions by spending time on education, and values a personal and dedicated patient interaction.
I received my BSN from Bethel University in St. Paul, Minnesota in 2011 and decided to pursue my Master’s in Nurse-Midwifery after the birth of my first child. With the support of my husband, I received my MSN in Nurse Midwifery in 2017, where I attended births at multiple clinical sites in Iowa, Illinois, and Minnesota.
I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, and art. I am excited to answer the call to care for women by offering midwifery care and women’s health services to the tri-state area.
Lynn M. Randall
D.C.Lynn M. Randall, D.C., is a Chiropractor with a passion for helping her patients achieve their optimal health and wellness goals. Along with her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College, she achieved her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, and Nutritional Counseling Certification from the state of Wisconsin. In my 19 years of experience, I have enjoyed treating multiple generations of the same families, from infants to seniors. I am currently obtaining my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification to further help my patients achieve wellness and work through injuries. I enjoy working with athletes to help them reach their highest potential. My experience and training has included extremity work in addition to working with musculoskeletal spinal conditions. I work with many feet, knee, ankle, shoulder, wrist and TMJ concerns. When I’m not working you can find my husband and me coaching our kids or listening to live music (my other passions)! My philosophy for 19 years has been one of working with multiple health and wellness providers for the best interest of my patients. I am excited and blessed to join Statera, where together, we can have a positive impact on mind, body and spirit of our patients!

Linda Peterson, PhD, NCC, CLC is a Life Coach, certified through the Life Purpose Institute, a coach training program accredited by the International Coach Federation. Life coaching is a co-creative, action-based process that has its foundation in Positive Psychology. Life Coaches help clients discover their strengths and past successes and builds upon them to remove obstacles and overcome challenges leading to greater life satisfaction.
I believe each of us has the innate wisdom and unlimited power to make our lives meaningful, creative and joy-filled. As your Life Coach, my purpose is to give you the guidance, support and space for you to embrace your personal power. Candice Chaloupka MA, LMHC, MCHC is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Dr. Sear’s Master Certified Health Coach. Candice uses an integrative approach to inspire and empower clients to take control of their mental and physical health. Through examining lifestyle choices, exercise, attitude/thoughts and nutrition (the LEAN Principle) you will begin to experience a level of health and wellness that you may not have thought was possible.
Counseling is not just for someone with mental health issues; everyone faces challenges in life and can benefit from having an unbiased resource to turn to. Karin Anderson MS, LMHC, NCC is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 18 years of experience providing counseling services to men, women, teens, families, couples and groups. She incorporates a wellness approach to the counseling process which is integrative, collaborative and strength-based.
I am trained in narrative therapy, family systems, cognitive-behavioral therapy, brief counseling models and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). In addition, I have specialized training in interpersonal violence and complex trauma injuries.
Drawing from many years of experience teaching workshops within the community and teaching counseling courses to graduate students as an adjunct professor at Barry University and Trinity International University in South Florida, I will provide educational workshops at Statera in a variety of topics related to integrative wellness and counseling.
Leslie has experience in practicing physical therapy ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics and has worked in multiple settings including hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and outpatient clinics. She is certified in Graston Technique and has extensive experience with Kinesiotaping.
I received my MS in Physical Therapy from Clarke College and Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Des Moines University. I have received advanced training through Herman and Wallace, and the Institute of Birth Healing.
I offer a holistic approach combining both technical skill and intuition to energetically and physically address your symptoms. I currently specialize in addressing issues related to pregnancy, post-partum, and chronic pelvic pain.
I stay active as a wife and mom to 4 girls. I enjoy running and yoga.
Lindsey Topping, DPT, is a physical therapist who has specialized in treating neurological conditions for the past 10 years. Her passion is seeing clients reach their full potential and return to their previous lifestyle as much as possible.
I have training in neurodevelopmental treatment (NDT) and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF), which are particularly helpful with neurological conditions. I also received my Vestibular Certification from Emory University in 2011. I have used this in treating head injuries and vestibular deficits. I have training in Strain Counterstrain, which is helpful treating chronic pain or pain following a motor vehicle accident.
I have been a physical therapist for 14 years and graduated from the University of Iowa. I stay very busy with three little ones at home. I enjoy being very active in the outdoors as well as playing sports. I also enjoy playing the piano when I get a free second.
Megan Reisch, DNP, is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner and a member of the American Association of Aesthetic Medicine and Surgery. She has received training in several advanced aesthetic procedures and is offering industry-leading medical and cosmetic treatments.
I believe in naturally reviving the skin and rejuvenating tissue to restore its integrity through clinically proven, non-invasive procedures. I take pride in educating patients and helping them to understand their skin and skin conditions they may be affected by (i.e. acne, melasma, keratosis pilaris, and rosacea among others). I offer treatments suitable for several different skin types and conditions and also work with patients to develop appropriate skin care regimens. The integumentary system, largely comprised of the skin, requires care just as any other body system and plays an integral role in the overall health and wellness of the body. I look forward to helping you achieve healthy skin not just to look good, but to feel good too.

Ashley Oberbroeckling, M.Ac, L.Ac, L.M.T, is a licensed acupuncturist and a specialist in the treatment of women’s health, gastrointestinal issues, and pain. Ashley takes a multidisciplinary approach to the treatment of hormone imbalances, anxiety, and acute/chronic pain.
I strongly believe in integrative medicine and work closely with a select group of practitioners including medical doctors, nurse practitioners, chiropractors, and other specialist to comprehensively treat hormone imbalances and eliminate pain and dysfunction. My approach controls and minimizes symptoms in Women’s Health from painful menstruation, anxiety, infertility, and complications and discomforts that go along with menopause.
As a graduate of an extensive 4-year Graduate Program at Northwestern Health Sciences University, I received a Master’s Degree in Acupuncture. I use Acupuncture, Tui-Na, Cupping, Electro-stimulation, Food Therapy and Gua Sha to alleviate patients pain, lessen anxieties and promote optimal health. I am a board certified by the National Certification Commission of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine (NCCAOM) and licensed in the state of Iowa and Wisconsin as an acupuncture practitioner.

Malia’s Pilates specializations include Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Barrels and Stability Chair, and has completed the Injuries and Special Populations coursework. In addition, Malia holds a certification in Christopher Harrison’s AntiGravity R fitness program and is a qualified TRX suspension trainer.
Over the past 17-years, Malia Ridgway has called several places home, traveling between Galena, Il. and SE Asia, where she had the unique experience of living in Bangkok, Singapore and Hong Kong. Her love of Pilates is the one thing that has remained constant throughout her travels, inspiring her to earn her Level 1 teaching certificate through Stott Pilates in April 2015.

Her specialties are Vinyasa flow, Power Yoga, Hot Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Meditation Practices. She received her certification through Body & Soul Wellness Center in 2014. I began my yoga practice in 2010 with a beginner series and instantly fell in love with it. Yoga was a great way for me to get some time to focus on myself while raising two daughters, and a great way to ease the stresses of the day and refocus on the things that really mattered while letting go of what didn’t. I felt a calling to help others get what I has gained from a consistent yoga practice. I am also trained to teach mat and reformer Pilates and Reiki 1. I believe in surrounding myself with healthy positive energy, my belief is that the greatest gift you can give to the world is a healthy you, Mind, Body & Spirit. In my free time I like to travel, do any kind of artistic or creative project and spend time with family including my husband, 4 grown children and 4 grandkids.
Martha is a Dubuque native and a graduate of Loras College. With over 25 years combined Retail Fashion Management, Software-Advertising-Sportswear Sales with a strong emphasis on building business relationships and customer service. Martha and her husband Rob have also run a restoration business for the last 12 yrs. For fun Martha likes to spend time with her husband, family, her pup, and mountain-road-snow biking with friends.
